Is the online estimate the real price?
It's built from 18,000+ real Austin moves. After a 5-minute video walkthrough we lock a flat price, and if the move takes longer than planned you still pay the locked price.
How far ahead should I book?
Two to three weeks for weekends, especially at month-end. Weekday moves are often available within 48 hours.
Do you move pianos, safes or hot tubs?
Uprights and safes up to 600 lb, yes. Grand pianos and hot tubs go to our specialist partner, and we coordinate it on the same day.
What if something gets damaged?
Full-value protection is included on every move. Report it within 30 days and we repair, replace or pay its current value, usually within a week.
Do I need to be there the whole time?
Only for the start and the final walkthrough. Many customers leave a key and get photo updates from the crew lead.
