What makes a quote "binding"?
It's a written, fixed price based on the inventory from your video survey. If the job takes longer or the truck weighs more, that's our problem, not yours.
Is my truck really not shared?
Yes. Exclusive use is standard on every long-distance move. Your belongings are never moved between trucks or warehouses unless you choose storage.
Can you move our office without downtime?
Most moves run Friday 6 pm to Sunday night. We work with your IT team or ours to disconnect, label, transport and reconnect every workstation.
How is valuation coverage handled?
Full replacement value is included. High-value items get their own line on the inventory and their own crate or case.
