How accurate is the online price?
For most homes the final price lands inside the range. The roofer confirms it on site; it only changes if we find rotten decking, which we show you in photos and charge at $85 per sheet.
Do I need to be home on install day?
No. We need the driveway clear and access to an outdoor outlet. You'll get photos at tear-off, underlayment and finish, plus a final walk-through video.
Will my insurance pay for a new roof?
If storm damage is found and your policy covers it, usually yes, minus your deductible. We document everything and meet the adjuster, but we never promise an approval before the inspection.
Do you offer financing?
Yes: 0% for 18 months or low monthly payments up to 12 years for approved customers. Applying takes about 5 minutes and doesn't affect your credit score.
