Do I need to be home?
No. Most clients give us a key or door code. You'll get a text when we arrive and a photo when we leave.
Is the first clean different?
Yes, the first visit is a deep clean: baseboards, door frames, light switches and inside the microwave. It takes about 40% longer and the price above already includes it.
Are your products safe for pets and babies?
Yes. Everything is plant-based and fragrance-free options are available. Let us know about allergies in your booking notes.
Can I skip or cancel?
Skip or reschedule any visit for free with 24 hours' notice. Cancel recurring service anytime, no fee and no contract.
Do you clean move-in or move-out homes?
Yes. Move-out cleans include inside cabinets, appliances and windows, and we re-clean free if your landlord flags anything.
